THE POWER OF E.COLI
As with any living creature, peacocks are attacked by bacteria all the time, specially from birth. Here we have a video explaining how the bacteria transforms themselves to Spore Form which in conclusion causes fatalities.

From the videos we are able to identify that cells are more advance than we think. They are now adapting to new conditions and environments allowing them to live for a much longer period. However as the videos are quite detailed here’s a quick breakdown on what is learnt from them:
Spore forming cells grow as vegetated cells. When environment are not adverse and nutrients are available the cells divide DNA condenses itself into the middle of the cell. The vegetated cell known is now as the mother cell. The DNA is then split into 2 complete copies. The mother cells covers the copied elements within itself creating the forspore. The mother cell membrane continues to grow and engulfs the developing spore. During the time within the mother cell, the forspor becomes tougher and stronger. Calcium enters the forspore whilst water is removed from it. Finally a protein coat is added to the forspore. The mother cell is destroyed allowing the forspore to be released.
